The hg19 and hg38 versions of the target file were updated to only have COVERED targets in the file. Previous versions had ALL TARGETS, of which some did not have probes to them because of our internal repeat filer to avoid off target probes.

The updated files should be used to generate more accurate performance and coverage metrics.
