The proprietary design of the universal TruSeq-compatible adapters ensures compatibility with all ‘T-A’ overhang workflows and eliminates formation of undesired adapter dimer. It also contributes to increasing the workflow’s overall yield, which is especially beneficial prior to a target enrichment step.
Twist Universal Adapter System (10 bp)

Twist's latest NGS adapter sets are full length UDI adapters (10 bp in length) that enable PCR-free whole genome sequencing (WGS). With 1,536 adapters available, users have the ability to multiplex and to maximize the efficiency of utilization of sequencing reads in a sequencing run. 96 孔板配置旨在实现自动化，可以减少手动操作时间和人为的错误。
