Bioinformatic screening ensures that potential sequence liabilities that may affect antibody expression are mitigated. Once the order is received, Twist will synthesize and clone antibody genes into a vector of your choosing (either a custom vector or one of Twist’s IgG scaffold vectors). Twist antibody engineers will then express, affinity purify, and quality control the requested antibodies.
