For NGS QC, do you use target capture sequence for the 458 variants or use a whole genome sequence?
We perform whole exome sequencing with the Twist comprehensive Exome panel for the native cfDNA background. We QC the 458 variants with a specific reference TE panel developed for specifically QC purposes.
