Were the mutations in the standards confirmed by NGS as well, as with digital PCR as it says in the document?
All 458 variants are confirmed by NGS (for both 0 and 5% VAF), and the 0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1% and 2% are generated from the dilution of 0 and 5%.
We selected a set of variants (6) across 0-5% VAFs for ddPCR.
