What is the recommend input and dilution buffer?

We recommend 30 ng. 20-30 ng is a typical range for liquid biopsy assay.

If Customers are using 10 ng for their workflow, it is up to the customers to decide.

From a blood draw of 5 ml blood (typical for liquid biopsy assay), on average 90% patient sample will yield 30 ng. 55-70% situation yields 50 ng, therefore we recommended 30 ng setting.

Regarding variant calling, it really depends on how the system is set up.

We recommend using "Low-EDTA TE," which is 10 mM Tris pH 8, 0.1 mM EDTA.
