We make more cfDNA material based on the template of natural occurring single healthy donor (male, younger than 30 years' old) cell free DNA. 

We conduct WGS and WES to qualify the cfDNA material, and QC the Twist cfDNA. Exome sequencing was accomplished with the Twist Comprehensive Exome panel, and sequencing for both WGS and WES was performed on a NextSeq 550.
