This document provides the nucleotide sequences that comprise the Twist Full Length UDI Adapter indexes for use with Illumina sequencing technologies. The Twist Full Length UDI Adapters set contains indexes of 10 nucleotides with primers configured in 96-well plate format. Use the spreadsheet to copy the index sequences to create your own sample sheet for demultiplexing following sequencing. Alternatively, edit and use the sample sheet template provided for Illumina sequencers and UDI plate(s) to demultiplex after sequencing.
