These reference spreadsheets provide the nucleotide sequences that comprise the HT Unique Dual Index (UDI) Primers of the Twist HT Universal Adapter System for use with Illumina sequencing technologies. The 3,072 primers are configured in either 96-well plate or 384-well plate formats. Use the spreadsheet to copy the index sequences to create your own sample sheet for demultiplexing following sequencing. Alternatively, edit and use the sample sheet template provided for Illumina sequencers and UDI plate(s) to demultiplex after sequencing.
