The Dark Genes panel enriches for genes that are difficult or impossible to sequence with   short read sequencing.  This alliance panel was designed and validated by academic collaborators using Twist Mechanical Fragmentation Library Preparation Kit, DNA Purification Beads, Standard Hybridization V2 reagents and other reagents.  Furthermore, it is optimized to work with the Twist long read library preparation protocol.  For research use only.
