These documents provide the nucleotide sequences that comprise the Twist for Element UDI Adapter indexes for use with Element AVITI sequencing technologies. Use the spreadsheet to copy the index sequences and create your own sample sheet for demultiplexing following sequencing. Alternatively, edit and use the sample sheet template provided for Element AVITI sequencing and UDI plate(s) to demultiplex after sequencing.
