At the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Japan Cancer Association held at Pacifico Yokohama on September 22nd (Friday) 2023, Dr. Shinji Kohsaka and Dr. Taisuke Mori from National Cancer Center Japan presented at the Twist luncheon seminar. They discussed how they developed and used the DNA/RNA Twins Panel and RNA panels for the analysis of mutations and fusion genes for tumor tissue samples, liquid biopsy and morphological evaluation by next-generation sequencers (NGS).
