The 14th International Workshop on Advanced Genomics held on October 4th 2023, Dr. Taisuke Mori from National Cancer Center Japan and Dr. Yoshiyuki Nagumo from the University of Tsukuba presented at the Twist luncheon seminar. They discussed how they developed and used the DNA/RNA Twins Panel and RNA panels for the analysis of mutations and fusion genes for tumor tissue samples, liquid biopsy and morphological evaluation by next-generation sequencers (NGS).
