Panel sequencing based on next generation sequencing has become a routine test performed in clinical practice. Various challenges exist in handling clinical specimens, and various attempts are required to overcome them. In this talk, we are going to introduce the various kinds of challenges we experienced and how we overcame them. This will include selecting the manufacturer of the panel, how the quality control is being performed, and what points should be taken into account in the analysis.
