What are the criteria for ordering a spread-out low diversity (SOLD) library?
Please keep the following in mind when ordering a spread-out low diversity (SOLD) library:
- Max length: 1 kb not including flanking sequences
- Maximum diversity: 10^8 Delivery: 1 ug of linear dsDNA
- Option to scale up the library
- Libraries are delivered as a pool
- Libraries are dried down prior to shipping.
- Can be stored at -20C

Do the libraries come with adapters on the ends?
All CVLs and SOLD libraries come with Twist tails at the end. Adapters can be omitted per customer request.
