The cfDNA Library Preparation Kit and workflow have been designed for maximum conversion of cfDNA molecules into sequencable single- and duplex-families towards maximizing variant resolution. The ERAT formulation and buffer have been optimized for improved end preparation performance. Additionally, a proprietary engineered ligase with higher efficiency and lower bias is used in this kit’s ligation mix.
