The development of multi-omics strategy has opened a new era to understand the molecular landscape of cancer, which contributes to the advance of target therapy and precision medicine through molecular diagnosis. However challenges remained in dissecting the complexities of cancer, including heterogeneity, tumor immune microenvironment and evolution. In this presentation I will introduce the comprehensive characterization of the immunogenetic features in solid tumors and association with clinical applications. Furthermore, application of an ultra-high resolution technology for spatial transcriptome, named Stereo-seq (Spatio-Temporal Enhanced REsolution Omics-sequencing) provides opportunity for systematic spatially resolved-omics characterization of tissues.
