Regulatory elements have been studied deeply with traditional 120 base pair libraries, but in reality many regulatory elements are much longer than that. Using ≥ 450 base pair Multiplexed Gene Fragments from Twist we are now able to systematically screen for regulatory elements more finely tuned to drive gene expression in our specific cell type.
