Coverage obtained with Twist Core Exome (top panels) and coverage with the Twist Core Exome + exon spike-ins. Both conditions provided optimal coverage without changes to the hybridization conditions using the standard Hybridization and Wash Kit.

Maximize sequencing efficiency with even coverage

Even coverage throughout the target results in the most cost-efficient sequencing, and can increase sequencing throughput with higher multiplexing capabilities. Or use this extra sequencing flow cell space to get greater depth on the same number of samples.
