To support high-throughput (HTP) target enrichment, Twist Bioscience developed and evaluated an improved hybridization workflow that is compatible with strip tubes and 96-well plates.

This technical note summarizes the optimization and evaluation of the updated HTP hybridization workflow and shows that the new format provides comparable sequencing performance across a broad range of panel sizes.
