Engineered specifically for NGS library amplification (pre- and post-capture), Twist TrueAmp Polymerase Mix delivers uniform coverage across challenging GC extremes, high sensitivity from low input, and automation-ready hot-start control—all in a simple 2× mastermix. This leads to unbiased, high-fidelity results and reliable performance from challenging samples with a simplified and scalable workflow.
