This application note details the performance of the Twist TrueAmp Library Preparation Kit when preparing FFPE-derived DNA samples for target enrichment and other downstream workflows. Depending on laboratory and analysis priorities, this application note details two practical workflows for processing FFPE samples using the Twist TrueAmp Library Preparation Kit. We evaluate the performance and trade-offs of a standardized, high-throughput workflow that offers a "one-protocol-fits-all" approach independent of sample integrity, versus an optimized, stratified workflow that maximizes insert size by separating samples into two tracks.
