Abstract
Antibody therapeutics are being widely explored as alternatives to small molecules for treating diseases. This thesis aims to portray the efficacy of developing insilico antibodies that show binding to targets of interest. In-silico design methods utilizing global antibody docking were employed to engineer a sequence repertoire that could be experimentally constructed and tested. The In-Silico designed library created by Visterra was interrogated for antibody binders to Antigen A using yeast surface display technology. Identified hits were expressed and purified as full-length IgG in human embryonic kidney cells and tested for binding against Antigen A.
