Unravelling the Complexities of Genetic Codes Through Advanced Machine Learning Algorithms for DNA Sequencing and Analysis
Abstract
DNA sequencing is essential to contemporary research. It enables the advancement of genetics, meta-genetics, and phylogenetics, among many other fields. DNA strands must be extracted and read to complete a sequence. Create a classification model to identify genes using the DNA sequence that codes and is trained on the human genome's DNA sequence. The proposed system uses three subjects’ DNA sequences to test the model and compare the accuracy. Families of genes are collections of related genes with a common ancestry. Gene family members might be orthologs or paralogues. Genes identical in sequences from the same subjects or species are called gene paralogs, whereas genes from other species are called gene orthologs. The dataset includes the DNA sequences of humans, dogs, and chimpanzees. Accuracy in machin
