Placed an order between November 2 and December 31, 2026? Enter your quote number (Q#) by January 20, 2027 and we’ll ship your gifts.

End-user customers who order directly from Twist in a participating direct-selling country, and customers of authorised distributors in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Healthcare professionals, employees of healthcare institutions, and anyone whose employer or institution doesn’t allow promotional gifts can’t take part. The terms and conditions list every participating country.

Once we validate your submission, we ship your gift to the shipping address on your order, or to another address in the same country that you give us on the form. Gifts can take up to 8 weeks to arrive after the promotion ends on December 31, 2026.

Twist Bioscience Winter FY27 Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by [Twist Bioscience Corporation / insert applicable EMEA contracting entity] (“Twist”). By submitting a redemption request, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion applies to qualifying orders that Twist receives between November 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). If promotional supplies run out before the end of the Promotion Period, the Promotion ends early, as described in Section 10.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open only to end-user customers of Twist who place orders directly with Twist in the following direct-selling countries: China, Japan, Singapore, US, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxemburg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, KSA, Egypt, Senegal, United Arab Emirates, South Africa.

The Promotion does not apply to orders placed through distributors, with the exception in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam only. Distributors in these countries should provide the order number and redemption form link to their qualifying customers for completion by the intended recipient.

3.2 The Promotion does not apply to customers located in, or ordering from, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or the United Kingdom. This includes Russia.

4. Excluded Persons

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion:

(a) healthcare professionals;

(b) employees of healthcare institutions; and

(c) any person whose employment terms, contract, professional code of conduct, applicable law, or employer or institutional policy prohibits them from receiving promotional items.

5. Participant Warranty

By submitting a redemption request, or by authorising a Twist sales representative to submit one on their behalf, the participant represents and warrants that:

(a) the participant is not an excluded person under Section 4;

(b) accepting the gift complies with the internal gift and hospitality policies of the participant’s employer or institution and with all applicable laws and regulations; and

(c) where the employer or institution requires it, the participant has obtained any approval needed before accepting the gift.

6. Qualifying Order

6.1 To qualify, the participant must place a single order for Twist NGS or SynBio products with a net value of at least US $1,000, or the equivalent in local currency (a “Qualifying Order”).

6.2 Net value is the price of the qualifying products only. It excludes taxes, value-added tax (VAT), shipping, and handling charges.

6.3 The participant may not combine or aggregate separate orders to meet any minimum value or tier threshold.

6.4 Local currency equivalents are calculated using Twist’s standard exchange rate in effect on the order date.

7. Gift Tiers

The gift is determined by the net value of the single Qualifying Order:

Each Qualifying Order receives only the gift for the highest tier it reaches. Gift values are approximate. Images of gifts in promotional materials are for illustration only, and the actual item may differ.

8. How to Redeem

8.1 To claim a gift, the participant must submit the Twist order number (format Q-#####) of the Qualifying Order through the official online redemption form at https://www.twistbioscience.com/promo/winter2026 no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on January 22, 2027.

8.2 The participant may redeem the Promotion only once per individual and per Qualifying Order. Twist will decline any additional submissions.

8.3 Twist will check each submission against its order records. Submissions that are incomplete, late, illegible, or that do not match a Qualifying Order are void.

9. Fulfilment

9.1 Once Twist validates a submission, it will ship the gift to the shipping address on the Qualifying Order, or to another address in the same country that the participant provides on the redemption form.

9.2 Gifts may take up to eight (8) weeks to arrive after the end of the Promotion Period.

9.3 The gift is non-transferable. No design requests, returns, exchanges, or cash alternatives are permitted.

10. Availability and Substitution

10.1 Gifts are available while supplies last. Twist may substitute any gift with an item of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.

10.2 If promotional supplies run out during the Promotion Period, Twist will post a notice on the Promotion page and offer a substitute gift of equal or greater value at the end of the Promotion on notice. Qualifying Orders placed before such notice is posted remain eligible.

11. Cancelled and Refunded Orders

11.1 An order is not eligible if it is cancelled, refunded, or withdrawn, in whole or in part, before the gift ships.

11.2 If a partial cancellation or refund brings an order’s net value below the threshold for the tier originally earned, Twist may provide the gift for the lower tier, or no gift if the order falls below US $1,000.

11.3 If a Qualifying Order is cancelled or refunded after the gift has shipped, Twist may require the participant to return the gift or may invoice the participant for its approximate retail value.

12. Taxes

The participant is solely responsible for determining how any gift received is treated for tax purposes, and for any reporting obligations or tax liability that results.

13. No Combination

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Twist discount, offer, or promotion, unless Twist expressly states otherwise in writing.

14. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party product names and trademarks referred to in connection with the Promotion belong to their respective owners. Those owners do not sponsor, endorse, or have any affiliation with this Promotion.

15. Personal Data

Twist will process personal data submitted through the redemption form only to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and deliver gifts, and in accordance with the Twist Privacy Notice at https://www.twistbioscience.com/privacy-policy. Participants may exercise their data protection rights as described in that notice.

16. Twist’s Rights

16.1 Twist may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, a change in law, or any other circumstance beyond Twist’s reasonable control affects the proper administration of the Promotion.

16.2 Twist may disqualify any participant who submits false information, breaches the warranty in Section 5, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

16.3 Twist’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twist is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use of any gift, except liability that cannot be excluded by law. Gifts are provided with only those warranties, if any, that the manufacturer supplies.

18. Void Where Prohibited

The Promotion is void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by any applicable law or regulation, or by any agency, institutional, or employer policy.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of USA. This choice of law does not deprive any participant of protections under mandatory local law.
