Presented at ESHG 2026, this poster demonstrates how TrueAmp Library Prep Kit paired with the Oncology DNA CGP Panel delivers reliable NGS performance from highly degraded FFPE research samples (DIN <2, inputs as low as 5 ng). A single enzymatic fragmentation protocol works across a wide range of DIN scores with no sample stratification required.
