3-column BED file: chromosome, start position, stop position for each variant/region of interest. Supports SNVs, small indels, CNVs, and exonic target regions.
Upload your own 120 bp probe sequences directly with probe headers.
1x or 2x tiling across regions of interest - 2x increases target coverage and probe complexity per region.
Upload "preserved" regions to force probe coverage over specific targets, bypassing the repeat filter for those regions.
