The intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and functional genomics promises an era of accelerated development in advanced therapies. While most of the current focus and excitement centers on the computational side of AI and machine learning, these approaches critically depend on the ability to generate large-scale, high-quality datasets for training and validation. During this session, we will demonstrate how Annogen’s high-throughput screening platform, SuRE™ (Survey of Regulatory Elements), is used to generate bespoke functional genomics datasets. Using massively parallel reporter libraries containing up to 109 sequences, SuRE™ enables large-scale, highly sensitive functional interrogation of DNA regulatory elements and their variants across multiple species and cell types, both in vitro and in vivo.
