This promotion is open only to Twist Bioscience end-user customers who place at least one order with a minimum value of either $500 USD (for the single gift) or $3,000 USD (for the lab gift) within the applicable timeframe. The calculation for the value of a qualifying order excludes taxes, shipping, and handling. Multiple orders cannot be aggregated to meet the total minimum value requirements. Offer will apply to qualifying orders received by Twist Bioscience between April 15, 2023 - June 30, 2023 or until promotional gift supplies are depleted (whichever comes first).

Requests to receive the promotional item(s) must be submitted during the promotional period by the receiving end-user or their Twist sales representative or Twist’s authorized distributor, by entering the promo code "TWISTIS10" during the checkout process for a qualifying order on Twist's ecommerce platform.

The estimated values of the gifts are $9 USD for the single gift (one pair of socks) and $90 for the lab gift (ten pairs of socks). Limit one promotional gift redemption per customer. Any qualifying orders canceled or withdrawn prior to the shipment date will not be eligible for the Promotion. Gift fulfillment can take up to 8 weeks after the promotion end date.
