This promotion is open only to new Twist Bioscience end-user customers who place their first online order with a minimum value of $500 USD within the applicable timeframe. Orders placed through Twist Bioscience distributors are not eligible, except in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Customers participating from Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates and Lithuania should place the order through the ecommerce platform and contact your local distributor. The redemption process will be facilitated directly by your local distributor, who will provide the necessary redemption form and manage gift fulfilment. The official distributors in these countries are: Amplikon Kft. for Hungary, Institute of Applied Biotechnologies (IAB) for the Czech Republic, Easy Lab Scientific for the United Arab Emirates and Genomikafor Lithuania.

The calculation for the value of a qualifying order excludes taxes, shipping, and handling. Multiple orders cannot be aggregated to meet the total minimum value requirements. Offer will apply to qualifying orders received by Twist Bioscience between 01 August to 30 September, 2025, or until promotional gift supplies are depleted (whichever comes first). The estimated value of the gift is $15 USD. Limit one promotional gift redemption per customer. Eligible orders will receive a link to the redemption form after the promotion period ends. Any qualifying orders canceled or withdrawn prior to the shipment date will not be eligible for the Promotion.

Gift fulfilment can take up to 8 weeks after the promotion end date.This promotion excludes OFAC sanctioned and embargoed countries including Russia. Health care professionals may not participate in this promotion. By using the promo code or having a sales representative or distributor use the promo code on your behalf, you warrant that you are not prohibited by employment, contract, law, or professional code of conduct from accepting a gift from Twist Bioscience.
