This rewards program (the "Program") is offered by Twist Bioscience (the "Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Program is limited to individual researchers ("Members") currently affiliated with academic institutions located in the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Ireland only. Academic institutions are defined as accredited universities, colleges, and research institutes.

An individual must be registered for the Program through the designated registration process before their orders will qualify toward earning rewards. Only orders placed directly by the registered Member will count toward earning rewards. Orders placed by a laboratory or institution under a general account will not qualify unless specifically placed by and associated with the registered Member.

A minimum subtotal amount of $250.00 USD per order is required to qualify for the Program. This minimum excludes shipping, handling, taxes, duties, and any other additional charges. Orders cannot be combined in value to meet the minimum subtotal requirement. Each individual order must meet the $250.00 USD threshold.

A maximum of three (3) rewards can be earned per registered Member during the entire promotion period, regardless of the total number of qualifying orders placed.

The approximate values of the rewards are as follows:

One (1) qualifying order: Stickers (approximate value: $5 USD)

Four (4) qualifying orders: Shirt (approximate value: $15 USD)

Eight (8) qualifying orders: Tumbler (approximate value: $45 USD)

Thirteen (13) qualifying orders: 3 pairs of Twist socks, Selection is random. (approximate value: $45 USD)

The specific items for each reward tier are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion.

Rewards earned for the first (1st), fourth (4th), and eighth (8th) qualifying orders will be fulfilled and shipped to the registered Member's provided address within four (4) to six (6) weeks following the date of each qualifying order. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rewards once shipped.

The Program runs through 30th of September 2026. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. The Program is not available to distributors or resellers. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

The Company's decisions regarding the Program and these Terms and Conditions are final and binding. By participating in the Program, Members agree to receive communications related to the Program from the Company. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
